Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

unused and in original condition

returned with original packaging (if possible)
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified store error.
Non-Delivery / Lost Packages
If an order is confirmed lost in transit (based on carrier investigation), we will provide a resolution such as:

a replacement shipment, or

store credit / refund depending on the situation
Chargebacks / Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback while an order is in transit or after delivery confirmation may delay resolution.
If tracking confirms a package was delivered or picked up successfully, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a “not received” refund.
