Shipping Policy (DreamScape™)
We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the carrier network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to:

Holiday peak volume

Weather delays
-
Carrier backlogs

Remote-area delivery schedules

Customs inspections (if applicable)
Once an order is shipped, the delivery timeline is controlled by the carrier and may change without notice.
Tracking Updates
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to refresh after shipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts / Delivery Notice Cards
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package (for example: no safe drop location, no access, or signature required), they may leave a delivery notice card and the package may be:

re-delivered on the next business day, or
-
held at a pickup location for customer collection
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and complete pickup if required.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
“Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer cannot locate the package, we recommend:

checking around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, concierge, neighbors)

contacting the carrier directly for GPS proof-of-delivery details
DreamScape™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
